Ingredients

  • 800 g fish fillet (s) (catfish fillet)
  • 150 g mushrooms, cut into leaves
  • 2 spring onions, cut into rings
  • 2 tablespoon capers
  • 300 g cheese, round
  • Mustard (Dijon mustard)
  • Herbs (8-herb mixture), TK
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Grease the bottom of an ovenproof dish with olive oil. Salt and pepper the catfish fillets and place in the pan. Brush the top of the fillets with mustard.
  2. Fry the mushrooms, spring onions and capers in olive oil until the water has evaporated. Stir in the herbs. Spread this mixture evenly over the fillets and sprinkle the cheese on top.
  3. Baked in a preheated oven (200 °) for about 40 minutes.
