Ingredients

  • 500 g Mett, (Hackepeter)
  • 3 tomato (s), more if necessary
  • 2 packs cheese, (Scheiblettenkäse) variety to taste
  • 8 rolls, (baked rolls) approx.
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot as rose

Instructions

  1. Cut the rolls lengthways and brush with the mince (approx. 0.5 cm thick). Now distribute the tomatoes, cut into rather narrow slices, on the bun halves. Season the tomatoes lightly with salt and pepper. Place 1 to 1.5 slices of cheese on each roll. Now sprinkle the rolls with a little paprika powder. Bake in the oven at 180 - 200ºC for approx. 15 minutes.
