  • 4 pork schnitzel
  • 2 onions)

  • 250 g cheese, rated (e.. medieval Gouda)
  • 1 dash vermouth, (Martini bianco)
  • nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Slice the onions and the mushrooms.
  2. Fry the schnitzels in clarified butter until they have turned a little color on both sides. Take out of the pan and put in a well-greased baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and nutmeg.
  3. Now fry the onions and mushrooms well in the pan and deglaze with a generous dash of martini. Top up with the cream and distribute everything on the schnitzel. Cover with the grated cheese and grill at 150 ° C for about 30 minutes.
