- 4 pork schnitzel
- 2 onions)

- 1 cup cream
- 250 g cheese, rated (e.. medieval Gouda)
- 1 dash vermouth, (Martini bianco)
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Clarified butter

- Slice the onions and the mushrooms.
- Fry the schnitzels in clarified butter until they have turned a little color on both sides. Take out of the pan and put in a well-greased baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and nutmeg.
