- 250 g flour
- 125 g butter
- 100 g suar
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
For covering:
- 1 kg quark
- 200 g suar
- 1 cup cream
- 5 egg (s)
- 1 packet custard powder, vanilla flavor
- 1 packet vanilla sugar

- Knead the dough ingredients well. Put everything in a springform pan (26 cm diameter), but pull the edge up well. Mix the topping ingredients well and pour onto the dough.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
