- 1 packet baking powder
- 30 g butter, liquid
- 0.5 liter ½ milk, lukewarm
- 2 egg (s)
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 125 g raisins
- 1 lemon (s), untreated, use the grated zest
- Oil, for frying

- Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift into a bowl, then gradually stir in the remaining ingredients. Take enough milk to create a thick pancake batter. Then bake small round biscuits - the peppers - in oil in the pan.
- Sprinkle with sugar, powdered sugar or a little cinnamon, depending on your taste.
