Ingredients
- ml 1,000 water
- a bit salt
- 75 grams sugar
- some butter, or margarine
- 2 drops flavor, (baking oil lemon)
- 250 g rice puddin
- 500 g apples
- 50 grams sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon, ground, for sprinkling

- Bring the water with salt, sugar, fat and cooking oil to the boil, add the washed rice and the washed, peeled, sliced apples and let both cook over a low heat. Serve the apple rice with sugar and cinnamon.
