Ingredients

  • 500 g oulash, from pork
  • 3 cup rice (long grain)
  • 2 onion (s), white, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 cube broth
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon caraway powder
  • Paprika powder
  • water
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Instructions

  1. Sear the meat in a large pan with a little oil. Add the onion cubes and the garlic and sauté. Add all the spices and the stock cube. Then add the tomato paste (if you want you can also add diced tomatoes) and fry the rice. Pour water over the meat and rice mixture and simmer until the rice is cooked through. To do this, just gradually add more water and when the rice is done, the water should be completely evaporated.
  2. A mixed salad goes best with it.
