Instructions

Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and cook them in salted water until cooked.
Clean the green beans, cut them into small pieces and cook them in salted water with the savory.
For the minced meat sauce:
Peel and dice the onions and sauté in 1 tablespoon of oil until translucent. Add the minced meat, salt, pepper, add the mustard and fry until crumbly. Add tomato puree, season with herbs and pressed garlic and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Layer the potato slices and the beans in a baking dish, pour the minced meat sauce over them and top with crumbled sheep`s cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 150 ° C for about 20-30 minutes (depending on the degree of browning required).
