Ingredients

  • 400 g beans, reen
  • 50 g sesame seeds
  • 100 g mayonnaise, preferably Japanese QP
  • salt

Green Bean Salad with Mayonnaise and Toasted Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Clean the green beans and cut them all to a length of approx. 4 cm. Boil in salted water for 5-6 minutes and quench immediately, place dripping wet in a bowl.
  2. While the beans are cooking, roast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat and then grind them finely.
  3. Pour the mayonnaise on the beans and mix well, at the end sprinkle over the ground and wonderfully fragrant sesame seeds.
