Green Beans Puree

Puree is the basis of nutrition for very young children and dietary cuisine. If you have a blender, then you won’t care about anything, and you can easily make a delicate texture. You just have to read the recipe.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Green beans – 300 Grams
  • Water – 180 Milliliters
  • Basil leaf – 4 Pieces

Directions

  1. Rinse the beans, dry and cut into large pieces.
  2. Then place the pods on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake them for 20 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven.
  3. Then cool the beans slightly and transfer to a blender along with water and basil.
  4. Puree the ingredients. Everything is ready!
