Ingredients

  • 200 g reen beans, fresh or frozen
  • 30 g bean sprouts, fresh
  • 20 g carrot (s)
  • salt

For the dressing:

  • 2 medium clove (s) garlic, fresh
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce (Saus tiram)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce, light
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled chicken broth, instant
  • 2 pinch (s) sugar, white
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 1 pinch (s) black pepper, freshly ground

For the set:

  • Mango (s) in pieces
  • Dill, fresh
  • Flowers and leaves

Instructions

  1. Press the garlic cloves into a larger bowl. Add all other ingredients for the sauce and mix.
  2. Wash the fresh beans and boil them in salted water for 3 minutes.
  3. Wash and peel one carrot and cap at the bottom. Using a julienne slicer, plane the carrot threads and use the appropriate amount.
  4. Strain the boiling water from the beans over the bean sprouts. Immediately rinse both the beans and the sprouts with cold water.
  5. Strain the beans and add to the dressing. Add the carrot threads and mix. Add the strained bean sprouts, but do not mix.
  6. Garnish and serve.
