Green Beans with Garlic Arrows

Green beans fried with garlic arrows are a delicious vegetable dish. Warm it can be a side dish for meat dishes, and cold – like a salad.

Ingredients

  • Green beans – 400 g
  • Garlic arrows – 100 g
  • Green onions (white part) – 3 pcs.
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Honey – 1 tbsp
  • Seasoning “Fragrant herbs” – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Dill greens

Directions

  1. Essential foods to make garlic-lined green beans.
  2. Wash the beans and cut off the ends. You can leave the beans like this, or you can cut them into pieces. Boil the beans for 5 minutes in salted boiling water. Throw in a colander.
  3. Cut the garlic arrows with scissors into 2 cm pieces.
    For the marinade, combine soy sauce, honey, and herbs. Mix the garlic arrows with the marinade.
  4. Cut the onion into rings and fry in hot oil.
  5. Add garlic arrows. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes, until the arrows are tender.
  6. Add the beans, stir and simmer covered over low heat for 10 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped dill.
