Mix all dry ingredients. Pour in lukewarm water and stir with a dough hook to form a smooth dough. Let the dough rise, covered, for 60 minutes.
Then shape approx. 7 - 8 flatbreads and place on the grill. About 5 minutes on each side. Be careful that it doesn`t burn. If the grill is very hot, put it to one side. Or turn it over more often. Possibly break open 1 flatbread to see if the flatbread is ready.
Then serve hot. Tastes good that way, but also with garlic butter. If you like, you can add 1 clove of pressed garlic to the batter. Also delicious with fresh herbs such as rosemary or thyme.
