Grilled Chicken Wings (in the oven)

Delicious grilled wings can be prepared at a picnic or at home in the oven. Baked chicken wings marinated in beer with mustard and green onions are delicious and crispy. They attract not only by their appearance but also by the aroma of hops due to the use of beer.

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings – 600 g
  • Light beer – 200 ml
  • Green onions – 0.5 bunch
  • Mustard (sauce) – 2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. We prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list.
  2. We wash the chicken wings, dry them with a paper towel. We cut each wing into 3 parts.
  3. Place the wing pieces in a bowl and sprinkle with turmeric, salt and black pepper.
  4. Add mustard to the chicken wings.
    Rinse the green onions, chop them finely and add to the bowl with the wings.
  5. Mix everything well so that each part of the wing is saturated with spices.
    Fill the chicken wings with light beer.
    Cover the bowl with marinated wings and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  6. Cover the lattice with parchment. Spread the pickled chicken wings loosely on the parchment.
  7. We bake the wings in a preheated oven in the “grill” (“small grill”) mode for 25-30 minutes. When the wings are browned (after 10-15 minutes), gently turn them over to the other side. We make sure that the chicken wings do not burn, but also do not remain pink inside.
  8. Delicious grilled wings, baked in the oven, are ready, we immediately serve them.
