Honey Marinated Chicken Wings (on the Grill)

The most delicious chicken wings are obtained if they are cooked on the grill. To make the wings crispy and fragrant, they are pre-marinated. Moreover, the simpler the marinade, the tastier the meat will be.

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings – 1 kg
  • Honey – 1 tbsp
  • Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp
  • Seasoning for chicken – 5 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. We prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Wash my wings under running water, removing feathers, if any.
  3. Cooking the marinade. Combine honey, sunflower oil and chicken seasoning. Salt and pepper to taste. Let the chicken marinade brew for 5 minutes.
  4. Put the chicken wings in a bowl and combine them with honey marinade. Rub the marinade thoroughly into the meat and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
  5. We put coal on the grill and kindle a fire. When the coals burn out, pour water over the fires so that there is no open fire.
  6. To prevent the extreme wing phalanges from being burnt, they are usually cut off. I left them but wrapped them in pieces of foil. We spread the wings on the grate.
  7. We send the grill with chicken wings in the honey marinade to the grill.
  8. Cooking chicken wings on the grill for about 30 minutes. Turn over the grate with wings every 5 minutes.
  9. Remove the grill with chicken wings from the heat.
  10. We remove the foil and serve the chicken wings, fried on the grill, to the table with fresh vegetables.
