Ingredients

  • 2 fish fillet (s), approx. 150 - 00 g each, e.g. cod or salmon, with skin
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • some lime juice
  • a bit salt
  • Tbsp, leveled chili powder

For the sauce:

  • 1 large peach (s)
  • 0.5 ½ large bell pepper (s), red
  • 1 small onion (s), red
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • some chili powder
  • a bit salt
  • some lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon mint, chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash the fish, pat dry and rub on both sides with salt, chilli, lime juice and olive oil.
  2. For the salsa, you can peel the peach, but you don`t have to, dice the onions and peppers very small and put them in a bowl. Chop the mint. Add the lime juice and honey to the salsa. Season with salt and chilli. Let it steep a little and then season to taste. Refrigerate.
  3. Grill the fish on the grill over direct high heat on the meat side for about 6 minutes until it can be removed from the grid. Then turn and grill for another 2 - 3 minutes, depending on the degree of doneness you want.
  4. Serve the fish with the salsa. Baguette goes well with it.
