Ingredients
- 2 small onion (s), red
- 1 medium bell pepper (s), yellow
- 3 peach (s), ripe
- 300 g Charentais melon
- 0.5 ½ chilli pepper (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 lemon (s), or lime, the juice it
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 3 stalks basil

- Peel the onions. Peel and core the peppers, peel the peaches and remove the stones. Core and peel the melon. Dice everything very finely. Cut the chilli pepper into thin rings.
- Season everything in a bowl with salt and lemon or lime juice. Mix in the oil. Possibly season with a pinch of sugar. Finely chop the basil leaves and mix in.
