Ingredients

  • g 1,200 chicken
  • 1 glass sauce, salsa
  • 5 slices pineapple
  • some pineapple juice, from the can
  • 5 large tomato (s)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 dash oil
  • 2 scoops mozzarella

Instructions

  1. First cut the meat into pieces and briefly fry in hot oil, seasoned with salt and pepper. Spread the seared meat in a greased baking dish. Cut the pineapple slices into small pieces and spread over the meat. Also cut up the tomatoes and spread them on top. Pour the salsa into the frying fat in the pan. Add the cream, crème fraîche and a little pineapple juice, stir well. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the meat. Cut up the mozzarella and place on top. Then place in the oven at 200º and bake for about 15 minutes.
  2. I definitely recommend pasta for this.
