  • 1 large onion (s), finely chopped
  • 4 chilli pepper (s), red, fresh pitted and finely chopped
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • a bit salt

Instructions

  1. Scald, peel and dice the tomatoes. Heat the oil, fry the pitted and chopped chillies and the diced onion briefly, add the tomatoes and simmer a little. Then puree everything briefly, allow to cool and stir in the creme fraiche to taste with salt and lime juice
