- 375 grams flour
- 10 g yeast
- 375 ml milk
- 1 kg potato (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 150 g beef jerky
- 2 egg (s)
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg

- Work the flour, milk and yeast into a thin dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Peel the potatoes, grate them finely and drain them on a sieve. Cut the beef into small cubes. Also grate the onion and stir into the yeast dough together with the eggs, bacon and potatoes. Season everything with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Bake the batter in the waffle iron. The mixture makes about 16 waffles. Applesauce tastes good with it.
