Potato Waffles with Bacon

We all know that waffles are like sweet pastries. Cream is added to them or they are taken as a basis for a cake. But if you’re ready to experiment, then this recipe will dispel your expectations. Surprise yourself and loved ones!

Ingredients
- Bacon – 360 Grams
- Flour – 90 Grams
- Onions – 1 Piece
- Egg – 6 Pieces
- Potatoes – 4 Pieces
- Salt – 2 Teaspoons
- Ground black pepper – 1 Teaspoon
- Vegetable oil – 1
- Sour cream – To taste
- Green Onions – To taste
Directions
- Cut the bacon into small cubes. Fry them until crisp in a skillet. Leave a small portion for serving. At the same time, boil the peeled potatoes until tender.
- Make the test base. Whisk the eggs. Chop the onion finely.
- Mash the finished potatoes and add to the eggs. Add flour, salt and pepper, and chopped onion.
- Next, add bacon to the potato dough. Stir again.
- Bake the waffles in the waffle iron until tender. Serve with sour cream, onions, and bacon.
