- Peel, weigh and finely grate the potatoes. Peel, core, weigh and grate the pumpkin. Finely dice the onions. Halve the chilli pepper, remove the seeds and skins and dice finely.
- Put the ingredients in a bowl. Add salt, potato flour and egg, stir well and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Bake the dough in portions in the hot, lightly greased waffle iron.
- Serve the waffles hot with dip and a salad. Depending on your appetite, the amount is enough for 2 - 3 people.
