Ingredients

  • 125 g suar, brown
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 150 g pumpkin pulp
  • 120 ml buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Beat the pumpkin with the buttermilk until smooth. Beat the eggs with sugar until frothy. Add the butter. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Finally add the pumpkin milk. A smooth dough should be created. If necessary, add a little more buttermilk.
  2. Pour the batter into a waffle iron in portions and fry the waffles until they are crispy brown. Let cool on a wire rack.
