Ingredients

  • 1 pck. Pizza dough with tomato sauce, from the cooling shelf
  • 500 g pork, shredded (yros)
  • 150 g lettuce (white cabbae salad)
  • 150 g lettuce (red cabbae salad)
  • 250 g tzatziki
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 packet cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Fry the meat in a pan. Meanwhile, roll out the dough a little and divide in the middle, brush the edges with a little egg yolk and spread tomato sauce in the middle (leave a little sauce over).
  2. Spread the roasted meat on both pizzas, spreading the white and red cabbage salad, tzatziki and cheese on top as you like.
  3. Close carefully (sometimes you have to pull the dough a little), spread the rest of the tomato sauce and the cheese on top. Bake according to package instructions.
