- 250 g pasta
- 500 g yros meat
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 2 onions)
- 150 g mushrooms, fresh
- 50 g tomato paste
- 200 g sour cream
- 400 g cream
- 4 cl Metaxa
- 125 g cheese, rated
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder

- Boil the pasta in enough salted water, drain and place in a baking dish. Fry the gyros in oil. Then also put in the baking dish.
- Wash the vegetables, cut them into small pieces and fry them in the same oil that the gyros was fried in before. Season a little more with salt and pepper. Now add the vegetables to the gyros and noodles in the baking dish and mix.
- Deglaze the oil with cream and stir in the sour cream. Now add the tomato paste and metaxa. Add a little more of the tomato paste and metaxa if you like. Season with salt and pepper, if necessary with paprika powder and other spices.
- Now pour the sauce over the ingredients in the baking dish, sprinkle cheese over it and put it in the oven at 180 ° C for 20-30 minutes.
