Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg potato (s), waxy
  • 500 g meat (yros), seasoned
  • 500 g tzatziki
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 1 vegetable onion (s)
  • 10 peppers, pickled
  • 200 g feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes, then peel them off and cut into slices. Fry the gyros in a pan for approx. 10 minutes without adding any fat. Let cool down.
  2. Wash the cucumber and tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Peel the onion and cut into fine strips. Cut the pickled peppers into small pieces.
  3. Mix the prepared ingredients with the tzatziki and let it steep for a few hours, then sprinkle with crumbled feta.
  4. For grilling, leave out the meat and serve with gyros skewers.
