Ingredients

  • 200 g cream

  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, instant
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 shot Metaxa

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into rings.
  2. Fry the meat in a little oil and add the onion. Remove the meat and place in a baking dish. Deglaze the gravy with the cream. Add the processed cheese and mix with the salsa sauce, tomato paste and vegetable stock powder. Season with salt and a little sugar and pour the sauce over the meat.
