Ingredients

  • 200 g flour, to work with
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 100 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • Oil, for the mold
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 eggplant (s)
  • 2 zucchini, small ones
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 125 ml milk
  • 125 g whipped cream
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), rated

Instructions

  1. Mix flour with salt and baking powder and knead with quark, milk and oil to form a smooth dough. Dice the onion. Clean the vegetables and cut into slices.
  2. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees.
  3. Steam the onions in 2 tablespoon hot oil, add the mince, fry until crumbly. Stir in tomato paste and parsley, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fry the vegetables in portions in the remaining oil. Roll out the dough, line a greased springform pan (26 cm) with it. Layer the minced meat and vegetables, finish with the vegetables. Mix the flour with the eggs, milk, cream and cheese, season and pour over.
  5. Bake in the oven at 225 degrees for about 30 minutes. Cover up if necessary.
