Ingredients
- 250 g cheese, (halloumi)
- some olive oil
- 2 large tomato (s)
- 1 medium cucumber (s)
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 250 g sheep cheese, (feta)
- salt and pepper

- Cut the halloumi cheese into 5 mm thick slices. Fry these in oil until they are light brown and crispy. Finished.
- Then cut the tomatoes, the cucumber and the sheep`s cheese into small cubes and the onion into rings. Pour olive oil over it and season with a little salt and pepper.
- Arrange the halloumi slices with the salad and serve.
