Ingredients

  • 500 g ribbon noodles
  • 400 g diced ham
  • 2 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the ribbon noodles al dente according to the package instructions.
  2. Clean the spring onions, cut into rings and fry together with the diced ham. Add the pasta and fry briefly. Add the vegetable stock and cheese and stir. Simmer over low heat and stir occasionally.
  3. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. I always take some chili powder too.
  4. When the desired consistency has been reached, keep the pasta warm and let something steep or, if you can`t wait, eat it right away.
  5. Also tastes good without cheese sauce and can also be varied according to taste.
