Ingredients

  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • Spinach, TK
  • 10 cocktail tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoon herb cream cheese
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 1 shallot (s)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • white wine

Instructions

  1. Dice the shallot and bell pepper and fry in the pan with the tomato paste. Add the quartered cocktail tomatoes and the previously defrosted and drained spinach. Dice the feta and add half with the cream cheese. If you want, you can also briefly deglaze it with a small dash of white wine. Salt and pepper everything well.
  2. Spread the vegetable and cheese mixture on the ham slices, these
  3. roll up and place side by side in a baking dish. Spread the rest of the feta on top and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
  4. This goes well with mouse ear lettuce / lamb`s lettuce with a honey mustard dressing and a little balsamic vinegar.
