Ingredients

  • 8 gr. Slice (s) cooked ham
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch (s) soup spice
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 packet cheese, grated, approx. 200 g

For the sauce:

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 point tomatoes, strained, approx. 500 g
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini into small pieces and place in a pan with the onion, also cut into small pieces, and the pressed garlic clove. Then add some water to the pan along with the soup spices and a pinch of salt and let everything simmer for 5 - 8 minutes.
  2. In the meantime prepare the tomato sauce. To do this, add a pressed clove of garlic, salt and pepper to the tomatoes. Fill a baking dish with two thirds of the sauce.
  3. Now sprinkle a slice of ham with a little cheese and spread two tablespoons of the zucchini mixture on each and roll up.
  4. Now put the rolled ham in the baking dish. Then spread the rest of the tomato sauce over the ham and finally sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
  5. Place the casserole in the oven for about 12 minutes at 300 ° C top / bottom heat. Or the highest temperature possible and then extend the baking time if necessary.
