  • 250 g douh (croissants, coolin shelf, e.. from Knack und Back)
  • 100 g cream cheese with herbs
  • 20 g yourt
  • 50 g ham, diced
  • 20 g sprin onion (s)
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Take the ready-made dough for croissants out of the package and roll out. Separate the dough pieces with a knife according to the package instructions.
  2. Put the herbal cream cheese together with the yoghurt in a bowl and stir to a smooth cream. Add the ham cubes. Clean the spring onions, cut into fine rings and add. Mix everything together. Seasoning is not necessary here because of the ham.
  3. Now put 1 tablespoon of the cheese cream on the wide end of each triangle of dough and spread it thinly. Leave a small border free all around. Loosely roll up each triangle of dough from the wide end to the tip and shape into croissants. Place the croissants on a prepared baking sheet. Whisk the egg yolks in a bowl and coat each croissant thinly with it.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat on the middle rack for about 10 minutes until light brown. So that the croissants are golden brown and not too dark, they are now covered with baking paper. Then bake for another 5 minutes at the same temperature to the end.
  5. Alternative filling options are tomatoes or cheese instead of ham.
