Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta, (macaroni)
  • 30 g butter
  • 25 g flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • some paprika powder, salt, pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • 100 g cheese, (cream cheese)
  • 2 egg (s), separated
  • 1 large can (s) mushrooms, sliced
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • some butter

Instructions

  1. First cook the noodles al dente. Cut the ham into small cubes, drain the mushrooms a little.
  2. Put the butter, flour and milk in the Thermomix, season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and nutmeg and prepare a bechamel sauce (at 100 ° about 9 minutes, level 3). Stir in the cream cheese until it has melted, then stir in the egg yolks (do not let them get too hot!).
  3. Grease a baking dish, fill in the pasta and mix well with the ham, mushrooms and sauce. Beat the egg whites into snow and fold in. Spread flakes of butter on the casserole and bake the casserole at 220 ° (convection 200 °, steamer 30% / 200 °) for about 30 minutes until it is golden brown on top.
  4. The casserole can also be made without the Thermomix by preparing the sauce in the pot.
