- 8 slices ham, cooked
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 clove garlic, diced
- 200 ml cream
- 200 ml milk
- salt
- Pepper, whiter
- Paprika powder
- 200 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated

- Melt butter. Add tomato paste and stir with the whisk so that the fat is completely absorbed. Then stir in the cream and milk and season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and garlic.
- Roll up the cooked ham slices and place in a baking dish. Baste with sauce and sprinkle with grated Emmentaler cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 5-10 minutes.
