  • 1 piece (s) ginger (approx. .5 cm long and cm thick)
  • 1 lemon (s) - column, the juice from it
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 sachet chamomile (chamomile tea)
  • water, boiling

Instructions

  1. Cut the ginger tuber into fine slices and put in a large cup or jug with the honey and chamomile tea and scald with water. Add the juice of a lemon wedge.
  2. Let everything steep for a few minutes, then remove the tea bag, the ginger can stay in.
