Haunted Chocolate Brownie

Halloween is a holiday during which you really want to cook something original. That’s why I’ll show you how to make a haunted chocolate brownie – a rich and delicious brownie!

Prepare the dough: chop the butter and chocolate and melt over low heat. Add all the sugar to them and mix well.
Let the mixture cool and add three eggs and vanillin. Beat the dough well with a mixer. Then add two eggs again and beat.
Sift flour with cocoa and salt and add to the chocolate part of the dough. Stir well with a spatula. Pour the dough into a parchment-lined mold and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Cool dessert. Prepare the meringue: beat three proteins with citric acid and 200 g of powdered sugar, gradually adding the powder and increasing the speed of the beat.
Use a piping bag to place the haunted meringue on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Send to an oven preheated to 100 degrees for 1 hour.
Use melted chocolate and toothpicks to draw the eyes and mouth of the ghosts. Attach them to the brownie with butter.
