- 10 g cream cheese, 0.2% fat

- 20 g mozzarella

- For the hearty version, first cut off the lid of a whole wheat roll and carefully hollow out the roll with your hand. For the filling, spread the bread roll with the cream cheese, then coat the bottom and the edge with the bacon. Halve, core and cut the tomato into very small cubes. Now put the tomato cubes in the bread roll and beat in the egg. Season with salt and spread the diced mozzarella on top of the egg. Bake the roll without the lid in a preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for about 20 - 30 minutes.
- For the sweet version, cut the next wholemeal roll in half and spread it with the cream cheese. Cut the pear lengthways into slices and cover the bun halves with it. Drizzle with 15 g honey.
