Ingredients

  • 300 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 250 g flour (wheat flour type 550)
  • 125 g butter, cold
  • salt
  • Nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 75 g herbs (8 - herb mix, frozen)
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 100 ml cream
  • 4 tablespoon semolina
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Rasp cheese. Knead 50 g cheese, flour, butter in flakes, a little salt and nutmeg into a smooth dough, wrap in foil and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Grate the carrot. Mix together the cheese, eggs, quark and cream. Fold in herbs, carrots, chilli and semolina. Season the mixture with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. Roll out the dough and line a springform pan with it. Fill in the quark mass. Bake the cheesecake at 200 ° C (fan oven 175 ° C) for 45 minutes and serve while warm.
