  • 300 g oatmeal
  • 300 ml water
  • 2 leeks
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 ml oil
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Chop the leek, onions and garlic and slowly fry in a little oil until light brown. Toast the oat flakes separately in the remaining oil until they are light brown. Add water and a little salt and cook to a thick, firm porridge over medium heat, stirring constantly. Then mix in the onions, leeks and garlic, season with salt and pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Bake the pie for one hour at 200 °.
  2. The oatmeal pie is eaten hot. It tastes best with a spicy tomato sauce. But a good meat sauce also goes well with it.
