Ingredients

  • 150 g yourt (3.5%)
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise, (from the jar)
  • 2 tablespoon sweet cream
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives
  • 1 tablespoon pepper, greens from the glass (crushed)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Sugar, ad libitum

Instructions

  1. Wash the herbs, shake dry and chop finely, mash the green pepper and then carefully mix all the ingredients. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Really simple and very tasty!
