- 1 egg (s), (size L)
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 1 glass applesauce
- oil

- Finely grate the potatoes and drain the porridge well in a sieve.
- Put the batter in a bowl, finely chop the onion and pour it under. Mix the egg and breadcrumbs well with the batter.
- (If the dough is still too runny, add 1 egg yolk and a little more breadcrumbs).
