- 500 ml milk
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Applesauce, homemade or ready-made

- Soak the oatmeal in milk for 2-3 hours. Then add the eggs and flour and stir in. Bake in portions in hot fat and serve immediately. Applesauce is served with it. Tip: If you don`t like applesauce, it is best to add a little sugar to the batter or try another side dish (e.g. fruit).
