Ingredients

  • 12 egg (s), including the yolk
  • 500 g suar
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk
  • 1 bottle rum, dark (75 cl)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ cream, whipped
  • Nutmeg, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg yolks until frothy, stir in the sugar until it has dissolved and the mixture thickens. Now stir in the milk and rum, then place in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Then pour into a bowl and carefully fold in the whipped cream, then cool for another hour.
  2. Dust with freshly grated nutmeg before serving.
  3. Makes 24 glasses.
