Homemade Chicken Soup

Soup with chicken, vegetables, and noodles is a classic first-course solution.

Ingredients

  • Chicken – 600 g
  • Water – 2 l
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Potatoes – 2-3 pcs.
  • Cauliflower – 250 g
  • Vermicelli – 100 g
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Greens – optional
  • Chicken eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Let’s make homemade chicken soup.
  2. Pour water into a saucepan. Wash the chicken and immerse it in water. Put on fire.
  3. Put eggs in another saucepan, pour cold water, and put on fire. Hard boil – 8-10 minutes from boiling. Cool by draining hot water and pouring cold water. Clear.
  4. When the chicken water boils, remove the foam and add the peeled onion. Cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Peel the potatoes cut them into cubes.
  6. Send potatoes to broth. Cook for 5 minutes.
  7. In the meantime, peel and cut the carrots into cubes or as desired, but not very coarsely.
  8. Add carrots to soup. Cook for 10 minutes.
  9. Wash the cauliflower, disassemble into small inflorescences. Add to soup. Cook for 5 minutes.
  10. Pour vermicelli into the soup. Cook chicken soup with noodles for 5 minutes.
  11. At the end of cooking, add finely chopped herbs, salt and turn off the soup. Leave the chicken soup for 10 minutes.
  12. Serve homemade chicken soup with half a hard-boiled egg and/or sour cream.
