Homemade Chicken Breast Sausage

Boiled chicken sausage with cream. Minimum products, very easy to prepare, tender and tasty.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts (chicken fillet) – 600 g
  • Cream 10% – 200 ml
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Starch – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Spices – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Slice the chicken breast .
  2. Then grind (in a food processor, blender).
  3. Add eggs.
  4. Pour in the cream.
  5. Salt.
  6. Add seasoning. To stir thoroughly.
  7. Add starch. Mix.
  8. Spread out the baking parchment. Put the minced chicken on it. Shape the sausage gently. Fix the edges (eg with a stapler).
  9. Roll up the chicken sausage in foil to make it stronger. Tie with threads.
  10. To boil water. Place the wrapped sausage in boiling water. Cook for 30 minutes. Then refrigerate and place the homemade chicken breast sausage in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  11. Remove the wrapping and chop the homemade chicken sausage. Homemade chicken breast sausage can be served.
