Homemade Cutlets “Like Mom’s”

Prepared according to mom’s advice, which means it is very tasty, tender and home-style!

Ingredients

  • Minced beef – 400 g
  • Potatoes – 1 small
  • Onion – 1 small
  • Tomato paste – 1 tablespoon
  • Warm water – 150-200 ml
  • Flour – 1 teaspoon
  • Seasonings to taste
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Finely chop the onion, peel the potatoes and finely grate.
  2. Add onions and potatoes to the minced meat. Also add seasonings, salt to taste.
  3. Roll the cutlets.
  4. Fry until crusty on both sides and put in a cauldron (or saucepan).
  5. Add tomato paste, flour, water, seasoning to taste into the mug, mix.
  6. Pour the sauce over the cutlets. Leave the cauldron over low heat for another 10 minutes.
