Homemade Cutlets

Recipe for delicious cutlets, which include bread and milk. It turns out juicy and soft home-style cutlets.

Ingredients

  • Minced pork and beef – 600 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Bread – 50 g
  • Milk – 100 ml
  • Salt
  • Ground pepper
  • Flour for breading
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Directions

  1. Soak bread slices in milk.
  2. Chop the onion into small cubes, crush the garlic with a press. Add garlic, onion, bread with milk, egg to the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Beat off the cutlet mass: pick it up and throw it, so the minced meat turns out better.

  3. We form patties with wet hands. In order for the cutlets to be approximately the same size, remember how much minced meat you have in your palm. We roll a dense ball in our palms, as if pressing the minced meat a little. We spread it on a board sprinkled with flour and roll the sausage, it should be breaded on all sides. We take a wide knife and press the sausage, about 1 cm thick. Put the finished cutlets on the table, sprinkled with a thin layer of flour.
  4. Fry homemade cutlets in a preheated pan with vegetable oil, on both sides, until golden brown.
