Ingredients

  • 4 turkey schnitzel
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 125 ml chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 125 ml sherry or marsala (possibly brandy)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the schnitzel.
  2. Peel the spring onion and cut into slices at an angle.
  3. Fry the schnitzel in a little oil on both sides for 4-5 minutes, remove.
  4. Then fry the onion, pour in the broth
  5. Add vinegar and honey and bring to the boil, then reduce a little over low heat.
  6. Add marsala / sherry / brandy, salt and pepper.
  7. Then put the schnitzel back in and let the whole thing simmer briefly.
  8. Rice goes well with this.
