  • 1 orange (s), juice and grated zest
  • 4 tablespoon mascarpone or crème fraîche

Instructions

  1. What you need: 4 sheets of extra-thick aluminum foil, 30 cm square.
  2. Spread the fig halves with the cut side up on the aluminum foil. Drizzle with honey and orange juice, sprinkle with orange peel. Place the edges of the film on top of each other and roll them up into packages. Roast on the grill as indicated below. Serve hot with mascarpone or crème fraîche.
  3. Grilling outdoors: grill over charcoal for 15-20 minutes over a medium heat until they are thoroughly hot.
